Qualifications:

  • Net MVC (C#)
  • MS SQL SERVER / T-SQL
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering is preferred
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in web programming
  • Experience in team management
  • Ability to work with multi-client and multi-project at a time
  • Hands on experience of object orientation, software architectures, SOA, multitier architecture
  • Experience in developing web applications and user interfaces using NETMVC and ASP.NET Web Forms, ADO.NET Entity Framework,  SQL Optimization and Performance Tuning, CodeFirst, Web API & Restful/SOAP Web services, Entity Framework, Linq
  • Strong Knowledge on Dependency Injection, IoC Containers, Life Cycles
  • Strong knowledge on HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • Experience with source control tools (GIT, TFS, etc.)
  • Excellent command of Solid principles, Design Patterns
  • Experience in Continuous Deployment and Continuous Integration cycle
  • E-commerce know-how
  • Strong interest in the future of web application development
  • Experience of industry best practices

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with MongoDB, elasticsearch, Redis
  • Experience working with Cloud technologies
  • Experience working with JavaScript Frameworks (jQuery, AngularJS, Bootstrap, React)
  • Experience in microservice development

Job Description:

We are looking for a Post Live Team Lead with a desire to thrive in a challenging environment. You will be joining a large team of diverse skills and experience that builds and integrates interactive websites, applications, and services for both internal and public sites. Responsibilities are including but not limited to:

  • Maintenance of existing applications, working with multi-project at a time
  • Lead a team of young and dynamic developers
  • Ensuring the quality of the code & code review the work of all developers on the team
  • Contribute to coding standards / development practice
  • Developing new features, implementing source control & versioning
  • Acting as the technical point of contact on critically impactful, complex projects,
  • Optimize website/application for maximum speed and scalability, performance
  • Identifying, investigating and implementing novel solutions to client requirements in order to increase and improve user experience,
  • Ensure web applications meet current web standards & accessibility requirements
  • Implementation of tracking and reporting tools
  • Bug fixing
  • Creating & implementing test strategies
  • Following industry best practices in design and development, also taking initiative in recommending application enhancements, new methodologies to coding standards and architectural principles,
  • Design and develop maintainable web applications with solid architecture
  • Architecting solutions for each project and overseeing the implementation,
  • Providing technical leadership to the team by supporting them in their work and being a role model
  • Following up the performance and contributing to the efficiency and continuous development of the team
  • Preparing the business plan for the team and following up the delivery
  • Effectively communicate expectations to tech team members and stakeholders
  • Take part in deployment processes using OCTOPUS
  • Preparing technical documentation of the development process and ensuring it is up-to-date
