Sales and Business Development Leader

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferably in management, engineering or similar areas,
  • 7+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, marketing or consulting in technology or e-commerce sector, 
  • E-commerce, digital marketing or retail know-how,
  • Previous experience in customer relation management in marketplace field is a plus,
  • Highly interested in technological and digital marketing advancements and new trends,
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential and current clients, 3rd parties and suppliers,
  • Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements,
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple clients at a time while paying high attention to details,
  • Having consultancy mindset,
  • Excellent skills in communication, presentation, negotiation, organization and teamwork,
  • Recruiting and training new sales team members, and monitoring the teams’ growth and performance,
  • Being proactive and fast learner, with excellent self-learning skills,
  • Perfect command of English, both written and spoken,
  • Strong leadership abilities,
  • Analytical mindset with excellent reporting skills,
  • Knowledge of MS Office programs and CRM softwares,

Job Description:

New Business Development:

  • Leading business development activities that will strengthen Inveon’s platforms & solutions,
  • Generating new business perspectives and approaches to accelerate the process of Inveon’s main goals and growth,
  • Arranging and following up meetings,
  • Attending seminars, networking events and organizations,
  • Implementing creative ways to improve our customer relationships and increasing revenue by up-selling and promoting our products and modules,
  • Initiating & following up on business development activities, 
  • Creating new business models and structures to reinforce product market fit,

Analysis & Proposal Process:

  • Attending meetings with C-levels & executives,
  • Identifying client needs and preparing a scope coverage based on previous research and the information gained through meetings,
  • Preparing estimation documents in coordination with clients, sales team and technical team,
  • Following up the whole pricing and proposal process and updating the CRM system at every step,
  • Providing strategic and consultative advice and helping solve issues with customers in e-commerce, m-commerce and digital marketing consultancy.
  • Collaborating with relevant departments to extract internal knowhow to use it for business development needs,
  • Analyzing technology trends of the relevant industries, preparing market research,  utilizing industry reports, and turning outputs into solutions,
