Digital Growth Management Specialist / Senior Specialist


  • 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce, website management, retail, performance management, online operations, sales, marketing or consulting in technology sector,
  • Previous experience in customer relations management,
  • Excellent skills in communication, presentation, negotiation, organization,
  • BA/BS degree, engineering background is preferred,
  • Digital marketing know-how,
  • Analytical mindset,
  • High responsibility to follow-up the given tasks,
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at a time while paying high attention to detail,
  • A distinguished entrepreneurial mind is an asset,
  • Perfect command of English, both written and spoken,
  • Ability to work and thrive in a team,

Job Description:

  • Managing e-commerce websites to increase revenue,
  • Conducting market research, competition analysis and sales channel evaluation,
  • Providing strategic and consultative advice,
  • Helping to solve issues with customers in e-commerce and digital marketing,
  • Implementing creative ways to improve our customer relationships and increasing revenues,
  • Managing digital marketing and e-commerce strategies of different accounts,
  • Improving site traffic with tools like Google Adwords, Display Banner planning, Affiliate Channels, Facebook Ads, Remarketing and Retargeting,
  • Managing email marketing campaigns, including landing pages,
  • Tracking online sales results and reviewing metrics incorporating forecasted results, measuring channel effectiveness and ROI on all channels,
  • Initiating and following up on business development activities,
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual activity/campaigns reports,
  • Managing and improving UI/UX elements,
  • Managing 3rd party relations.
